The wheel bobs while the next section waits. Rest on the mouse to speed it up, then click it to glide down.

v2.4 cut first paint to 90 ms on a warm cache and moved skeletons off the critical path.
At the bottom of the panel the cue fades out. Scroll back up and it returns.
